We first saw the car in May of 2007 on an Ebay auction. The owner ended the auction early and I purchased the car outright. The car needed some major TLC. The original 170 had a cracked head, brakes were froze up. Rear quarters had a lot of rot along with the inner fenders. Rear frame rail had some rot also. The car was complete and its a convertible! It was a 170/3 speed car. That was soon to change to a 200/C4.
